  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Products marked as final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Gift cards, downloadable products, and custom-made items are also not eligible for return.

4. Exchanges

Currently, Tudluxunie does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
